History

Olive Secondary School is unique in the model of education it offers to its students and the community. It is novel to Bradford and in fact Britain. The School was founded in 2005 in recognition of the need for the provision of a broad system of educational excellence; one that would meet the demands of parents who want their children to be equipped with the necessary skills and moral qualities to prepare them for tomorrow's world.

At the time of our humble beginnings we rented a detached property which consisted of four classrooms in terms of individuals we had six staff members and forty male students in Yrs 7 and 8. Now we have a purpose-built building with around twenty classrooms including specialist laboratories and ICT Suites; in terms of (wo)manpower we now have over fifty staff members specialising in various subjects and in excess of three hundred male and female students across Yrs 7 to 13.

Knowledge is the key to success and by the grace of Allah the Almighty, Olive Secondary was blessed with its’ first graduates of the Islamic Scholar course in 2013.
